Helios is a well-established Greek pasta manufacturer (Helios Pasta Industry, a family-owned company founded in 1932 in Greece). It's one of their classic shapes, widely available as an imported Mediterranean/Greek product.

Farfalle (Italian for "butterflies"), known in Greek as Petaloudes (πεταλούδες, meaning "butterflies") is a dried durum wheat semolina pasta (typical for Helios products; not egg-based or specialty like some of their other lines).
